The advantage of the hot air wrinkle process is that it can not only improve the quality of the upper, but also protect the oil in the leather and avoid damage to the upper.

One finger sweep position: select large size shoes, when the rubber mouth advances to this position, one finger will sweep in; the position should be adjusted when the rubber nozzle walks to the two fingers, at this time, the first finger sweeping party will not sweep the glue. Mouth, you can loosen the fixing screw on the X26 above the switch, adjust the position, and then tighten the screw.
Advance speed of the rubber nozzle: The advance speed of the rubber nozzle will affect the amount of glue and the working speed. It can be adjusted according to the demand. The throttle valve is located above the right side of the machine: when it rotates clockwise, the forward speed becomes slower, and vice versa.
Plastic nozzle rise and fall speed: (factory setting: Do not adjust the shoe making equipment at will) The speed of the rubber nozzle is controlled by the throttle valve TH22.1, so that the nozzle should be lowered smoothly and will not hit the midsole. The nozzle rising speed is controlled by the throttle valve TH4, and the nozzle needs to be raised smoothly.
